After peering creepily out the window with my coffee (housed in my favorite Croatian mug fully equipped with 3-D surfer), I decided to spend the hottest hours of the afternoon at the Capitoline Museum at Montemartini (http://www.centralemontemartini.org/). Last year, I was particularly interested in the machinery, but this year, I gravitated more towards the faces... here are some sketches from my sketchbook!
